How to book customer via Square Appointments
To book a new appointment or create a new customer:
Step 1: Click on Appointments in the left column
Step 2: Click on the time they want to schedule

After you click on the time, this is the next screen that will pop up.
From here you can search for an existing customer or you can create a new customer

This is what to do when its a new customer
Step 4: Notice how there is a drop down that says "create a new client", this is where you start entering in the new customer information. Fill in customer notes if needed.

After you get all the customer information
Step 5: You have 3 options for job location (NORTHSIDE), (EASTSIDE), (SEATTLE).. place area location first so it shows the location on the calender.

- This will also give you the job total at the very bottom and the approximate time when the job will be finished.
- Each job comes with a 30 minute "block off time" which give me time to get to the next job.
After you hit SAVE in the top right, this screen pops up next
STEP 6: From here you can hit SEND and it will EMAIL & TEXT the customer automatically with their booking information.
- You can also send the customer a message with the EMAIL & TEXT if needed.
- From there the customer have the option to reschedule or cancel their appointment. I get alerted via my email and I (BRENT DILL) will handle that aspect of the booking process.
