Our Cleaning Process
  • We use corner and floor protector to protect your walls
  • We leave wet floor signs in place to remind of potential slipping hazards
  • We use a door seal to seal up the door during cold days to help regulate the temperature in the home
  • We pre-treat all carpets and stains
  • Use a powerful truckmounted unit to fully flush out the carpets fibers
  • We use a high powered down draft  fan to force dry carpets

Before, during and after the cleaning
1) How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the number of rooms, total square footage, condition of the carpet, stairs, and any spot or pet-odor treatment needed. The fastest way to get an accurate quote is to contact us with the areas you want cleaned.

2) How long does carpet take to dry?
Most carpets dry in 6–10 hours, depending on airflow, humidity, and how heavily soiled the carpet is. Running fans and turning on your home’s airflow helps speed it up.

3) Can I walk on the carpet right after it’s cleaned?
Yes—carefully. We recommend clean socks or indoor shoes until it’s fully dry. Avoid bare feet if you can (they’re basically dirt magnets).

4) Do you move furniture?
We can move light items like chairs, small tables, and end tables. For safety reasons, we typically do not move heavy items like beds, dressers, or large sectionals unless arranged in advance.

5) Should I vacuum before you arrive?
It helps, but it’s not required. If you can do a quick vacuum of loose debris, great. If not, we’ll still get it done.

6) Can you remove all stains?
We remove most common stains, but no company can honestly promise “every stain, every time.” Some stains permanently dye carpet/fabric (like certain inks, dyes, bleach spots), and some have set for a long time. We’ll always give you the most realistic expectation up front.

7) Do you treat pet stains and odors?
Yes. Pet accidents often require special treatment because urine can soak below the surface into pad or subfloor. We’ll recommend the right level of treatment based on what you’re dealing with.

8) Why do some stains come back after cleaning?
That’s called wicking—old spills can rise back to the surface as the carpet dries. If it happens, we’ll re-treat it (and this is one reason our 30-day guarantee matters).

9) What cleaning method do you use?
We use professional deep-clean methods designed to break up soil and extract it from the fibers, not just “wash the top.” The best method can vary by carpet type and condition.

10) Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use green, family-friendly products that are safe when used properly and don’t leave behind harsh chemical fumes.

11) Will my carpet get dirty again quickly after cleaning?
Not if it’s cleaned and rinsed correctly. A common reason carpets re-soil fast is residue left behind by cheap soaps. Our process focuses on thorough cleaning and minimizing residue so your carpet stays cleaner longer.

12) How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
Most homes do well with every 6–12 months. If you have pets, kids, allergies, or heavy traffic, every 3–6 months is a smart plan.

13) Do you clean stairs?
Yes. Stairs are one of the most high-traffic areas and often show the biggest difference after a deep clean.

14) Do you clean area rugs?
Yes—depending on rug type and material. Some rugs require specialized cleaning, so we’ll confirm what kind of rug you have and recommend the right approach.

15) Do you clean upholstery like couches and sectionals?
Yes. We clean sofas, sectionals, loveseats, recliners, dining chairs, and most fabric furniture. We’ll evaluate fabric type and condition before cleaning.

16) How long does upholstery take to dry?
Most upholstery dries in 2–6 hours, depending on fabric type and airflow. Fans help a lot.

17) Can you clean “water-only” or delicate fabrics?
Often yes, but it depends on the fabric code and manufacturer guidance. We’ll inspect and choose a method that’s safe for your specific upholstery.

18) Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes—every service includes our 30-Day No-Stress Guarantee. If you have concerns or even get a new spot/stain within 30 days, we’ll come back and address it at no charge.

19) Do you offer same-day or next-day service?
Sometimes—depending on availability. If you need a quick appointment, contact us and we’ll do our best to fit you in.

20) What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
Pick up small items (toys, shoes, breakables), move light clutter, and secure pets if possible. If there are specific problem spots, point them out when we arrive so we can target them.
