How to create your own personal portal?
This is easy, I will help walk you through it.
- Log in or Create account
- Pick Service (Deluxe, Premium, Upholstery, Area Rug)
- Pick up to 3 times slots and on different days if you needed (as of now, you can only pick 1 time slot on a mobile device)
- In the notes after you choose your time, list the rooms you want to have cleaned or what upholstery or area rugs you want cleaned.
- You will get a comfirmation and That's it!
- We then alert you about your appointment and will call you if we have additional questions.
Before, during and after the cleaning
BEFORE:
- Free up a close driveway spot for our cleaning van or move car out of garage if leaving
- Please make sure outside water is turned on and working
- Vacuum the day before with Deluxe Package
- Remove fragile items & small furniture like lamps,dining room chairs and plants for example
- Secure or put away pets
- Remove area rugs if desired to be cleaned under
- Rain & snow have no effect on our cleaning
- Remove small items such as toys,clothing & drapes from floor
- Set thermostat to 72º & only open windows on sunshine low humidity days
- Please remember floors can be slippery
- Vacuum furniture that you want cleaned
- Point out areas of concern such as spots,pet accidents & soiled traffic areas
- For safety's sake keep an eye on curious little ones
- Let the technician know if you want Green Guard protector for your carpets
- Area rugs are best done at our rug cleaning plant but in home cleaning is available
- If you choose to protect your carpet with Green Guard avoid walking on for 30 minutes
- Please remember that floors can be slippery when wet
- Leave tabs and coasters under the furniture leg for 24 hours
- Leave AC/Heat system and ceiling fan on until dry
- Pet odors, depending on stage, may take time dissipate
Furniture Moving
Do you move furniture?
- Yes. We move the standard furniture ie sofa, tables, chairs, some beds, dressers and so on. We use furniture sliders to easy move it around and use special coasters that we leave in place, which you can remove and throw away the follow day.
- Furniture over 300lbs, china hutches, TV, computer and any other electronics.
Carpet Drying
How long will it take for the carpets to dry?
Can I walk on it while it's pretreated and after it's cleaned?
What about my furniture in the area during the drying process?
- We can start in the room you are going to use the most and have it pretty dry by the time we leave. The carpets usually take 4-6 hrs, with thicker carpets, thick carpet or if raining outside it may add to the dry times.
Can I walk on it while it's pretreated and after it's cleaned?
- Yes. It's okay to walk on it, but we ask that you be careful walking down staircases and to non carpet areas.
What about my furniture in the area during the drying process?
- We can move your basic furniture around like sofa's, table's, chair's and so on using furniture sliders to prevent any damage to the carpet or furniture. We use special coasters that we leave in place during the drying process, you can throw them away the next day.
- We usually get most of it dry by the time we leave, whatever is not dry, usually dries in 1-2 hours. We can clean upholstery on hardwood floors by using protective floor covers.
